Classroom Photo Wheel (https://www.classroomphotowheel.com/) is designed to be a safe, private, classroom-friendly tool for teachers. This policy explains what information is handled by the site — and importantly, what is not collected.
Classroom Photo Wheel does not require any login, sign-up, or personal information. We do not collect names, emails, student details, or analytics that can identify a user.
All names, photos, lists, or class information you load into the tool remain entirely inside your web browser. Nothing is sent to any server, and nothing is stored remotely. Your data never leaves your device.
Images are processed in-browser using the local FileReader API. Your files are never uploaded to our server or any external service.
This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, analytics, or session storage. Your browsing activity is not monitored in any way.
If we display Google AdSense advertisements, those ads may use their own tracking technologies that operate independently from ClassroomPhotoWheel.com. We do not share any information with them — they manage their own systems according to their privacy policy.
Classroom Photo Wheel is built for teachers and education settings. All processing is done locally and no student information is ever transferred, published, stored, or logged. This design approach supports NSW Department of Education, Australian privacy principles, and general classroom data protection standards.
This site does not contain inappropriate or unsafe content. If your school network blocks the site due to being newly created, your IT administrator can request a review to classify the site correctly as an educational tool.
